At Sussex Equine Assisted Learning (SEAL), our sessions are carefully designed to be engaging, educational, and supportive. Each session runs for 1 hour and offers a mix of practical horse care and structured activities that help children develop confidence, communication, and a deep connection with the animals.

During their time at the stables, children will take part in a variety of hands-on learning experiences, including:

• Grooming and caring for the horses.
• Lead rope riding exercises and groundwork. 
• Communicating through body language and calm leadership.
• Introduction to jumping using groundwork and natural horsemanship techniques.

We operate on a monthly booking system to provide consistency for the children and avoid disruption caused by cancellations or no-shows. Sessions are booked in 4-week blocks at a cost of £30 per session (£120 per month), with invoices issued monthly.
